dear sir, i would like you to send me a repair software to be downloaded by usb from my email to repair my vertu. i sent the phone to dubai but of no use, i now use nokia n8 and iphone 4 , but i won't replace my vertu for anything. i appreciate it if can help me since this problem is still on for the lat 4 years. your appreciative client. dr. walid abu-ghannam
