gps connection

gps problems
problem with siemens sxg75 my internal gps device only gives the message gps position not avalable. i have had it for a 3 hour drive and it will not respond. it worked the first 5 times i used it bot now it seems to not be working any more. i have also used it on a long walk with the same result. in the game gps shooter i can not connect with the gps device as well. is the gps device broken or is it something i can do to get it working. it is only 12 days since i bought the phone. the rest of the phone functions seems to be working properly. can you please help me with this problem.

hello all information i wnat to know a bout the sxg75, is that mobile is a smartphone or not and does it contain "real player " or not. the thing i want to know too is:why siemens site had written (before cooperating) in the read formates that it can read real player files (rm) and when siemens co-operate with benq it wasn't written the read formats (rm)!!!!!! all i want to know if that mobile is smartphone or not???
