i just purchased a new razr. i have cingular as my carrier and i can call, send and received text messages but i have been unable to access the internet or sen multimedia messages. i have called cingular and they have allowed me to use multimedia messages, so i know that is not the problem. i suspect it is an issue with my phone (i did not buy it from cingular). i suspect i may need to go in and manually change the settings but am clueless as to what to do. any ideas?
